Balsamic Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
  - 2 lbs pounds tenderloin
 
  - 1/4 c baslsamic
 
  - 1/2 c chicken broth
 
  - 2 tbsp soy sauce
 
  - 3 tbsp brown sugar
 
  - 1/2 tsp cumin
 
  - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
 
  - 1/4 tsp chili powder
 
  - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Directions
  - Combine vinegar, broth, soy in one bowl.
 
  - Combine sugar cumin garlic chili salt and pepper in another.
 
  - Rub pork with sugar mixture. Place in slow cooker, Pour
    vinegar mix on top.
 
  - Cook on low 6-8 hours.
 
  - Top with balsamic glaze (reduce pot liquid).
 
  - Broil pork 4-5 min to crisp exterior.
 
Serving suggestion
Serve with a starch, such as long grain and wild rice or roasted
garlic mashed potatoes, and a vegetable, such as glazed carrots or
parmesan-panko
artichokes.
