Honey Mustard Pork Chops
Ingredients
Per 2 pork chops:
  - ¼ cup honey
 
  - 2 Tbsp; Dijon mustard
 
  - 1 Tbsp; grainy Dijon mustard
 
  - 1 Tbsp; Fresh Rosemary
 
  - 1 clove garlic minced
 
  - 2 Tbsp; olive oil
 
  - Hefty pinch of salt
 
  - Hefty pinch of black pepper
 
Directions
  - Mix all ingredients in a bowl or measuring cup.
 
  - Put meat and ½ marinade in a freezer bag. Make sure
    there is marinade in a freezer bag to coat all pork chops.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours. Turn bag after 1 hour.
 
  - The other ½ of marinade to be used as dipping sauce
    or drizzle on chops when serving.
 
  - Cook: Either grill on medium heat 6 minutes per side to an
    internal temp of 155 degrees, or bake in the oven 400 degrees
    for 25 minutes.
 
  - Rest 5 minutes before serving.
