Menu: Montrio
While attending the 1999
USENIX conference in Monterey California, a group of us went
to Montrio.  The menu
included:
  - Appetizer — Risotto with artichokes, baby spinach,
    bacon, and pine nuts
  
 - Entrées:
    
      - 7-ounce filet mignon in a burgundy wine reduction
      
 - Roasted duck with pearl barley and wild rice in a gin
        and plum reduction.
