Salmon Logs
Ingredients
- 10.75 ounce can of salmon (red preferred, pink is okay)
- 8 ounce package of cream cheese
- 1 onion, grated or 2 shakes onion powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon white horseradish
- 0.25 teaspoon liquid Smoke
- 3 tablespoon fresh parseley or3 teaspoons dried parseley
- 0.5 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Drain the salmon, removing the skin and bones. Mix all ingredients except
the pecans. Form into logs (2). Cover with or roll in pecans. Chill.
